Used a groupon deal for dinner last night with sea witch.
We bought the Fried Platter with Soup & Drinks at NY Steak Shack, MidValley Megamall for RM43.
So we each for a glass of soft drink, soup and a shared fried platter. Here are some pictures of from last night:
Pumpkin soup
This was good but not as thick as I like.
Mushroom soup
This is super good. I recommend that you take the mushroom soup if you do visit!
The fried platter with honey fried chicken, crispy fried squid, soda-battered fried fish fillet, grilled corn-on-the-cob and honey mustard sauce on the side.
I enjoyed the grilled corn as it was flavourful and sweet. Sea witch liked the fried fish fillet as it was well-battered and the fish was still moist. For me, I prefer the honey fried chicken! Yummy~
The fried squid was pretty normal, but for those who likes crunchy fried squid, you will definitely enjoy this.
Overall, it was a pretty good deal.
