Rikugien Gardens 六義園

First night sakura at 六義園. While the rest of the sakuras have barely bloomed 2 weeks ago, Rikugien was in full-bloom with shidare zakura!

Address: 6-16-3 Hon-komagome, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo
TEL: 03-3941-2222 (Rikugien Garden Office)
Access: 7-minute walk from Komagome Station (JR Line/Tokyo Metro Namboku Line) or
10-minute walk from Sengoku Station (Toei Mita Line)

Admission fee: 300yen

While they usually close at 5pm, for the night sakura, they were open till 9pm.

Absolutely stunning~

I can't get enough of how beautiful the shidare zakura flowers were as the hang down from the branches.

Due to the lights, the trees look hauntingly beautiful~

Look at how beautiful they are......and the trees are huge!!!

They somehow remind me of snow~

Other than the shidare zakura, the garden also has other areas to explore but unfortunately, as it was 8pm by the time I entered, I couldn't really enjoy the garden much in the dark. But this japanese styled garden here still looks fantastic!
