Finally decided to join the gang that I've been playing dodgeball with for supper one evening at
Watami (和民) 青山外苑前店.
There, they ordered raw horse meat!!!
They told me that it tastes good and taught me how to eat it.
I still can't believe that I actually did it! But I did and I had 2 slices of it!!!!
How's the taste?
Erm, just like how you would expect raw meat to taste? hahaha.....
It tastes a bit like raw beef and as for the texture, it's slightly chewy. You definitely need to chew it well before you can swallow it.
I don't think I will ever do it again. It's like a once in a lifetime thing.
