Day 2: Buffet dinner at Marina Bay Sands

Lol....the second of the 2 posts that I left out from the SG trip. This truly concludes the trip....

~~~
For dinner, we had dinner at the hotel there, again thanks to my cousin who treated all of us!
Ooo.....nice~!
The desserts section! One of the best desserts I've had at a buffet.
Most of the food pictures here were taken by Chong and they're a record of what she has eaten, not me! Lol.....cuz she was using my phone.
This plate here is mine! The desserts here are love!!! I had so many of that little creme brulee and that little tart on the right!
After dinner, we had a walk outside~
Love the night view here~!
There was also a water fountain show.....luckily I arrived just in time to catch it!
Xmas deco in the area....
All the trees seemed to be sponsored by different companies or just carry their adverts.
Next, we walked to Level 33 bar~
Wanted to get a nice seat outside where we can get a nice drink and enjoy the scenery but alas, there were no more outdoor seats available, only indoor ones.
Just look at the view~ isn't it breathtaking?
I love it!
A huge thanks to everyone who made my trip that much more enjoyable! <3
Day 2: Teppei Japanese Restarant's Bara Chirashi Don
HAPPY NEW YEAR~!!!
Just realised that I've left out 2 posts from my SG trip, which I thought I had posted but I just realised today that I had saved the posts instead of publishing them. So here there are.....
~~~

Joining the queue of office workers during lunch.

Simple menu showing what they serve there, but don't forget to ask for their special on that day that is not written on the board.

Small little restaurant when one sits at the counter.

Complementary miso soup. In the containers behind the soup are side dishes that are available for free for all.

This is the Chef preparing our order of bara chirashi don which is also not written on the board.

At the side, there's another Chef who's busy preparing tempura for the diners.

My bara chirashi don was one of the best I've had~!!! Can't wait for my next visit~ Highly recommended!

Here are the side dishes for that day. Some minced meat, some veg and stewed daikon.

Colourful buildings in the area which houses some interesting boutiques and cafes.

At the corner of Teppei is another japanese restaurant called Gyoza King that serves really good gyouza!

No pictures, but Chong and I  each ordered a set that came with 1 plate of gyouza, 2 freshly made side dishes and 3 other complementary sides together with rice. We also added an additional ala-carte plate of gyouza so that we could try all 3 fillings. Love love love the gyouzas~

Then at the other side is another ramen restaurant called Tonkotsu King.

I did not have the opportunity to try this restaurant but I've read from reviews that it is good. Will definitely try it out on my next visit to Sg.

Day 4: Exploring Singapore

Met Chong at the MRT station and we headed towards Clarck Quay together where she had breakfast at one of the cafe in the mall.

Some yummy looking cakes~

Ok, this ride here looks scary. I believe it's called the G-Max reverse bungy~

We were there so early that all the restaurants were not opened yet~ hahaha

Shall be back at night on my next trip to try some of the restaurants there~

After breakfast at one of the cafes, we went to...

China Town. Less crowded than the Malaysia one but also cleaner.

Then off to Tanjong Pagar for a japanese lunch. Remember the gyoza king from the previous posts? Omg.....their gyozas!!!! I can eat them everyday!

Singapore Esplanade

Merlion~

The Fountain of Wealth

Tea break at Suntec City Mall before dinner

Then we met up with my cousin and went for dinner together at an aunt's place.

Some take home sushi~

Roast pork, pork ribs and chicken~

The next day, I only had a few hours before my flight, so I went for more Azabu Sabo ice cream at Takashimaya, this time Yuzu flavour.

Next was Gindaco takoyaki with Chong and Kuan, followed by some sinful desserts at Awfully Chocolate!

I guess this concludes my SG trip. I didn't take much pictures on Day 5 but I did manage to go for lunch with friends before heading to the airport. 5 days in SG is kinda short. Would love to visit again sometime in the near future.
