Another recipe from Ochikeron and this time it's the Matcha green tea pound cake.
I love her recipes.....they always turn out well~!!!
I placed mine for a longer time in the oven as I like cakes that have a darker crust. How do I explain this? You know like how some people like the middle section of a loaf as the bread are more moist compared to the sides? I'm the exact opposite.
Anyways, the cake turned out to be really delicious! Will definitely make more in the future.
