Saw a billboard this morning on the way to work and it states, "In cinemas on 18/11/10". I was staring at it for the longest time wondering how can it be 18 when the world premier is on 19. Anyways...I have to check out the actual dates here.....

I want the whole box set if they have it!!! So that I rewatch....and rewatch....and then rewatch it over n over again. I bet it's gonna cost a lot!!!

tiba-tiba

There's this huge street dance event recently which I attended with a few friends for their free house workshop. We were chit-chatting happily when a group of ppl from a local tv show came and asked us to dance and do a short interview for them. ^_^!!!

We declined but they INSISTED!!

omg.....why didn't they pick the 'keng' ppl out there!

We freestyled to some random music out in the open space and did an interview under the hot sun. We thought it would be a short one, but it dragged and my instructor kept coming out to tell us "it's time! the workshop is starting!"

Lol, plus it's a show that neither me nor any one I know watches!  Luckily, no one is going to see how un-videogenic I am!

2 nights ago I put a few pieces of pork jerky in a smaller container to be brought into my room so that I can take them as a midnight snach while I read.

I was looking all over my room for it last night but it was no where to be found. I thought that maybe some big rat came and stole it.

Then I suddenly remembered that I brought clothes up that night so I decided to check in my closet and THERE IT IS!!

On the lower section of closet, placed nicely on top of my track pants!

hahaha........

Shopping online

I have always been skeptical about buying clothes online.....cause:

1. you can't try the clothes on
2. you can't feel the material
3. pictures can be deceiving
4. it's going to be difficult to get the right measurements
5. somehow somewhere there's going to some defects on the clothes
6. what happens if the clothes are not exactly what I wanted?
7. will they cheat me of my money?
8. .....and the list goes on.

But I do enjoy browsing through online boutiques and after thinking long and hard, I have finally decided to do some online clothes shopping last August.

I must've picked a list of like 20 pieces of garments to which I narrowed down to 4. I checked the pictures over and over again so that I could see the material properly, checked them in all colours......well, if they looked good in any colour, it must be save to get them. I measured myself, my own clothes and compared it to the measurements online. In the end, I narrowed it down to 4 pieces- 2 dresses, 1 blouse and 1 small overcoat.

The clothes finally arrived last week......and thankgoodness I'm glad to say that they all fit even though 1 of the dress is a bit loose. The materials were of good quality and there weren't a single defect on them. hehee......

So now I've changed my mind about online shopping. It can be save as long as you pick out the clothes carefully with all the necessary precautions. :)

hehe....

Went to a postgrad fair last weekend. Thought that I was being smart by leaving the house early at 9am, so that I could avoid the jam on the way there and that it would be easy for me to get parking. Also, I would get to avoid the crowd and after everything, I can spend some quality time shopping alone.

Well...at least that's what I thought it will be....

The road was jam, the place was packed with cars and when I arrived at the exhibition hall, which was still closed, at least 100 people were lining up outside. I thought there must've been some other function going on. I approached one of the staffs and asked if it's the line to the post grad fair and he replied, "Yes, please take this form and line up at the end of the line........" and it was a VEERRY LOOOOooooOONG line indeed! hahaha......

Waited another 15mins befor I actually got in......it was jam packed btw, I could hardly move around. After 3 hours of feeling like a sardine, I had to leave and was just too tired to shop anymore even though it was only 1pm!!! I had to drive home to rest! LOL.....am I becoming old?

I love PINK!

I've been upset but songs from NEWS "Live" album has been able to cheer me up a bit.

I love this album because of the meaningful songs inside. Plus the beat is easy and relaxing to listen to. Also, it's great that NEWS have a new album, which means more new songs for their next concert! Really can't wait to watch the live perf for some of the songs.
