Their signature is the Yuzu Shio Ramen (柚子塩らーめん) at 980 yen. This ramen consists of a chicken & dashi based broth, yuzu, half nitamago, chashu, mizuna, menma and nori.
Love the scent of yuzu when the ramen arrive.
The taste is a lot lighter compared to tonkotsu ramen.
I also liked the fact that they used thin noodles~
