Finally I'm here!!!
At Azabujuuban for the Sailormoon Show in Tokyo.
This place is really fitting as if you have read the manga or watched the anime, you will know that Usagi and her friends goes to school there and many of their activities are situated there.
You can book your tickets from this website.
I'm here during dinner time. When I was making my reservation, they didn't have shows with the lunch session and hence, I booked a dinner session that came with the show.
The place is pretty small and sits about maybe about 60. There was about 40 people when we were there.
Before entering, as you are queuing outside, the staffs will pass you a fan take your drink order.
Once inside, you are free to take pictures and visit their souvenir shop on the 2nd floor.
After a while, dinner is served. The menu changes frequently and when we visited, they served hamburg rice and white curry. The food were served on plastic plates so that you can keep the actual plate that is at the bottom of the plastic one. When you are done with dinner, the staffs will come over and pass you a box to pack the plate.
Even for the drinks which were Sailormoon themed of course, they came with a coaster that is covered in plastic, so that you can bring it home with you.
We opted for Seats A which was slightly cheaper than Seats S. We paid 7,500 yen for a plate of food, a drink and the show. And I must say, it is not bad. As the place is small, we are still pretty closed to the stage.
Here is the menu? Basically, it is a booklet that contains the menu and details of the performers.
There is also a dessert and drinks menu for those who are interested in getting extra food.
They are 2 actresses for each character. There is a card that shows which actresses were the ones who actually performed that night.
Throughout the show, you are not allowed to take pictures or videos. But there is a section where you are allowed to and they will inform you when you are allowed to take pictures of the show.
At the end of the show, the cast comes around for pictures.
Overall, I really enjoyed the show and had a great night. No regret at all, though the tickets were expensive.
I highly recommend this for all Sailormoon fans. You will not be disappointed with the show!!
The food and drinks are not that great, but the show is superb!
