Hokkien Mee in Tokyo

Attended a Malaysian food event at Malaysian Cuisine in Shibuya with a bunch of friends for their Hokkien Mee event.

I was super excited to join this event as I have not eaten Hokkien Mee in more than a year. I'm super happy that they served the dark version too. In this event, we got to try and compare the taste of white and black hokkien mee which of course, the black hokkien mee came in victorious. It ran out pretty quickly as many people were asking for seconds.

Too bad that they didn't serve some friend pork fats to go along with it too.

After that, we walked to the back alley and had some ice cream at Nanaya Aoyama.

As usual, I always enjoy getting a combination of green tea with black sesame ice cream~ So good on a hot day!

This place is not open everyday, so one have to check their operating days first before visiting.

This is how the shop looked like from the outside.

After that, we went to this very interesting Intersect by Lexus.

If you love Lexus cars like I do, this would be a very interesting place for you to visit.

I especially enjoyed the tour of this bar in the lower basement which featured a beautiful backdrop and a fine selection of alcohols!

If you thought that was amazing, wait till you visit the toilet which featured many different toy cars on the walls as deco. One of them is signed by the boss.

Lol....can't help but snap a selfie~

This is the dining table that was in the same room as the bar. Even the walls and ceilings design looked super pretty.

The signed car~

From there, we explored the night streets of Ometesando and ended up in a food court near in the station for some dinner.

My yummy egg tart~ :)
