We spent a day at Shinjuku because J's cousin came over to Tokyo with her side of the family.
We met at Shinjuku and helped them bring their luggages to their Airbnb. It was definitely tough trying to maneuver big luggages among a big crowd of other tourists and locals. I feel that Shinjuku is not a good place for tourists to stay because it's so crowded and the station has many lines which might make it hard to navigate.
Well, that aside, we did have a good dinner at Sushiko and a great day out in Shinjuku.
Earlier in the day we went for breakfast at this restaurant - 隠れ家 (Kakurebou), that serves washoku buffet, before catching the movie- Crazy Rich Asians.

There is a wide selection food that keeps getting topped up every time something runs out. All the dishes were delicious and I will definitely be back for more.
The lunch buffet only costs 1300 yen on weekdays and 1500 yen on weekends before tax.
