Kawazu Sakura at Miura Kaigan

Back at Miura Kaigan again for Kawazu Sakura.

As the weather was bad that day, the place was empty.

Fooled around for a bit as we waited for SW to arrive.

Honestly, I was super shocked to see how empty the street was because last year when I visited, there was literally a queue from the station to this area and this path here was packed with humans.

At the same time, I am thankful that it is empty because we can take our own sweet time to walk on this path to enjoy the sakura.

If it weren't raining, we would be able to get some nicer pictures.

Last year, I did not walk to the Komatsugaike pond area as there were just too many people. But this time, there was noone, so we thought that we'd walk there to have a look. While we did see some stalls there, they were not open when we were there.

If you like pink flowers, I recommend coming here to see the Kawazu Sakura!

The bridge where we took this picture from was packed with photographers last year. All waiting for the train to pass by to snap the perfect shot.

Soooo empty!

After that, we went to grab lunch at Sushi Ro.

Lol, first time I ordered this many dessert at Sushi Ro!
