Shin-Yokohama ramen museum

It's my first time visiting the musuem and it's pretty interesting. I like the lower floors where it's designed to look like shops from back in the days.
There are several ramen shops in the museum and we went to one called Muku Zweite which serves tonkotsu based ramen.
While it looks just like any normal ramen in Japan. This shop is actually not from Japan.
This shop is actually from Germany and will be in the museum for a limited period of 1 and 1/2 years.
We ordered 2 different ramen to try and they were both delicious. To be honest, I cannot tell that this didn't originate from Japan. I will definitely want to come back to try this other shop called Yuji Ramen which specialised in tuna-kotsu.
