Finally made it to the Meat festival near the entrance of the Showakinen Koen!
First dish was this grilled pork ribs which costs 1400 yen.
The queue was pretty long when we joined in and was extremely lucky to be part of the limited time sale which gave us an extra small piece for the same price.
Second dish was a plate of grilled beef tongue which also costs 1400 yen.
The thing about food festivals like this is that the food is always not cheap because it gives customers the opportunity to try dishes from different famous shops at a same location.
After filling our tummies, we moved further in to the garden.
Highly recommend you to visit this park as it is huge and free! Depending on the season, you can catch different flowers.
As it was autumn, the ginko trees have turned yellow too!

Be prepared to walk a lot when you're here as the park is big!
This visit, I found another fun thing to do here.....Pokemon Go! Lol, there are many people playing in the area and many pokestops.
When we were there, there was a special event featuring beldum. We both caught enough to evolve ours.
Finally arrived a the cosmos area! :D
Super happy to find that the cosmos flowers are pink and purple! The last time I visited, I only managed to catch the yellow coloured ones!
As there were many people there, it was hard to get a nice picture without people behind.
