When near Tsukiji station, I think most people only ever think of going to the fish market for food. But there's is one other interesting cafe near Tsukiji station that is definitely worth the visit!
Introducing Cafe Tsumugi, where you can have porridge with 18 side dishes!
You have to be there for their breakfast session from 8am to 10.30am for this. They only serve 110 servings so make sure to tell the person serving that you're here for this so that you can get a coupon to ensure that you get a set.

While the set is slightly expensive at 1944yen, all the dishes were good and the view from our seat was lovely.
After brunch, we walked around the area and got some matcha and houjicha ice cream.
