Empty shelves

There was a super typhoon that was supposed to hit Japan last year and a few days before it arrived, this happened!

There were no more bread on the selves and even the meat and bento section were empty.

Some how soymilk and dairy products like milk and yoghurt were also quickly snatched up.

I was unable to buy bread and meat for a few days as people were stocking up on food. This happens every time when there is an emergency. Hence, it is good to stock up on some dry food or stuff that can last long in the pantry. This can be challenging when you live in a small space.

I think the huge amount of rain caused a lot of damage which is still prevalent even months after.

Luckily. the area where I'm at is not that badly affected.
